原料:鸡爪250 克。
调料:葱、姜、香糟、花雕酒。
做法:
1. 锅中注水烧沸,放葱、姜煮沸,放进鸡爪小火煮8 分钟后关火焖半小时待其自然膨胀开。捞出晾干。
2. 将香糟、花雕酒倒入碗里调匀,放入鸡爪浸泡3小时即成。
